HRC is a resonance permission engine. The workbench and the evidence bundles are designed to show runtime decisions, not visual claims. The curated bundles below are RECORDED_SESSION proof artifacts. They are not LIVE_DEVICE data and are not represented as live human input.

Resonance Permission Proof

Demonstrates the transition from ASYNC to ENTERING_SYNC, SYNC, RAMPING_TO_L2, and L2_ALLOWED when the phase error stays within the entry band and hold/ramp conditions are satisfied.

Safety Return Proof

Demonstrates that after SYNC/L2_ALLOWED, phase exit or quality failure triggers SAFE_RETURN and SAFE_RETURN_L1, preserving the engine's safety boundary.

Core boundary HRC Core remains unchanged across target profiles. Profiles constrain adapter context, latency, hold time, ramp time, and safety return parameters.
Source boundary ENGINE_TEST is explicitly labelled. RECORDED_SESSION requires recorded origin metadata. LIVE_DEVICE requires signed packet metadata.
